Marcos Molina Fine Art - Shipping Information
Orders are shipped with FedEx Ground to Canadian addresses and FedEx International Ground for all other customers.
Orders usually ship between 7-10 days after receiving the order.
Packaging
We take the greatest care in packaging your artwork for safe delivery. If the artwork arrives to you damaged, please contact us as soon as possible so that we can rectify the situation. If you wish to return your purchased item due to damage during shipping a full refund will be provided. Please view our Returns Policy for more information.
Express Delivery
If you require your purchase to be delivered in a hurry, please contact us and we will do our best to provide a faster delivery option. Additional charges may apply.
Tracking Orders
For all orders being shipped an e-mail notification will be sent to you with shipping date, tracking information and expected time of arrival.
Canadian Taxes
All sales to Canadian customers are subject to 5% GST.
International Customers
We welcome purchases from international customers outside of Canada and the United States. Please note that a separate shipping quote will be sent to you after checkout. Your order will not be fulfilled until the shipping invoice has been paid.
International Duties & Import Taxes
International shipments are not subject to Canadian sales taxes, but may incur import duties and taxes. If applicable, these charges will be applied against the shipment by the Customs offices once your shipment reaches your country. The Marcos Molina Fine Art store is unable to determine the amount that may be charged and we cannot be responsible or held accountable for any additional charges. Any additional charges are paid by the customer.
